Tonight during prayers we were talking about Kloe being the next one to be getting baptized. I asked her if she was going to be brave and bear her testimony at church after she's baptized. She thought about it and then Brayden started bearing his testimony ....he said he's thankful for the President of our church Gordon B. Hinkley. I said we have a new president Brayden...he said..I keep forgetting his name.....Kloe piped in...."Brayden, it's Barack Obama."

Lava Hot Springs 2009
I took the kids to Lava Hot Springs for a few days and it was a riot! (Lane had to work) They had so much fun! They swam for hours and hours! My sister came up for a couple days with her kids and they had a great time!! The kids love this place! We stayed in a condo and on the rainy mornings, they played basketball and volleyball. There also was a clubhouse to play pool with a jukebox, we rocked out to music and played UNO and board games! What a fun trip. I really enjoyed spending time with them!

HIGH ALERT!
Ok, so I'm excited for summer. Definitely glad about the no more homework! Poor Landen! Good grief all he ever hears me say is..."Do you have your homework done?" I da know...honestly, I'm nervous for summer. All the kids constantly saying..."Mom, can I go over to so and so's?" All I ever hear is Mom, Mom, Mom, Mom! Then theirs the tattle telling...good heck...enough. (especially in the summer!) And, I'm worried about our busy road. Every time my kids go outside I pray they stay away from the road! It doesn't help that Clayton makes the semi-drivers honk their horns by pulling is arm up and down. I just about have a heart attack. Oh, dear. And our new dog. She keeps peeing on the landing on my stairs. Ugh. DRIVING ME CRAZY!! How am I going to keep track of everyone and watch our stink'in dog at the same time? I feel overwhelmed constantly wondering where my kids are, what are they doing, are they being safe? I'm scared for summer! I have to be on HIGH, HIGH, ALERT!!!!! I'm tired already.......... I am excited for swimming though. :)

Master Bedroom Wall!
Well, we finally finished it! What used to be a formal living room is now our Master Bedroom. There use to be a large lava rock fireplace that separated the formal living room and the dining room. We closed off the wall and now we have a separate dining room and nice Master bedroom! What a project! I have to give kudos to my awesome husband, this wall we nicknamed the Great Wall of China because we felt we would never get it done! All done!..................now on to our next project!

Kloe's First Day of Tumbling
Kloe has been begging me to start tumbling! I finally gave in! I practice with her now and then but now.... she is officially in a class! It brought back a lot of memories for me! I remember when I first started tumbling! I loved it! Watching Kloe it all came back to me! Just the "feel" of everything! Doing the stretches, the handstand somersaults, the front walk overs and my favorite the back handsprings! I remember when I started I was scared to death to do a back handspring by myself! My teacher finally made me! I landed on my head, but eventually I perfected it! I loved tumbling! (did I already say that?) I tumbled all through Jr. High and High School and in High School I taught tumbling at the Roy Complex to kids Kloe's age! I also taught my whole neighborhood how to tumble! I would hold classes during the summer and wa-la! By the end, of the summer we were all tumbling in my front yard! Oh, the energy, the flexibility, the control, the rush! I used to tumble everywhere! If I happened to spot a big open space my heart would jump and begin to race and off I'd go running and do as many back hand springs as I could! I remember once when I was younger, we visited my Uncle in Denver, he managed a Golf Course! Imagine my delight at all that grass! I asked him if I could tumble and he said yes! I tumbled all over that Golf Course that day!
Now things have slowed down a bit! I can still do some flips on the trampoline, but I long for that youthfulness! When Lane and I were dating we would jump on or tramp for hours! (cheap date, ha, ha!) He can do some pretty cool tricks too! It just totally brought back that part of me I had forgotten about! (you know, the fun, jumpy one!) and......................I LOVED watching Kloe and I am SOOOOOO excited for her!

Spring Break
So, my extremely nice Mom and Dad, took my boys for Spring Break! They had a riot! She took them to the Dinosaur Museum, they went to this place called "Jump it" which was full of trampolines and she took them on lots of bike rides. They also went and seen the Monster's versus Aliens movie! She definitely spoiled them! They had a great time! Thanks Mom and Bill!
I was able to spend a romantic night with my hubby and spend the rest of the week with my sweet Kloe and her cute little cousin Alyssa! We went and saw the Hannah Montana movie and it was really good! Anyway, here's some pictures of the kids and the Dinosaur Park! Thanks again, and I hope they didn't wear you out!
